A First Look at Aspinal of London's Elegant & Timeless SS18 Collection |
I was fortunate to have been invited to attend the Aspinal of London Press Event at London’s prestigious Claridges on the weekend.
To celebrate the release of 20th Century Fox’s Murder on the Orient Express (in cinemas from November), Aspinal have launched an exclusive collection in collaboration with the film.
The collaboration sees existing designs and styles released in limited edition colours and textures, along with new pieces; including vanity cases, a luxurious backgammon set, a hatbox and more.
The mainline SS18 collection is just beautiful, 1940s style elegant and timeless designs, with a 2018 twist. Take for example Aspinal’s Mini Trunk Clutch – these have been revised to include wide and ornate shoulder straps, similar in concept to those seen from the likes of Fendi and Louis Vuitton. A large and luxurious vanity case with interior mirror and inner quilting also adds to the collection, available in mauve-lilac faux croc, or ivory faux croc (seen in the image below).
I love the edition to be honest, they add an extra element of design and personalization which I like. The collection also includes a number of new handbags designs; from the Soho Backpack to the Ella Hobo and the all-new micro Mayfair.
To view the collection in greater detail, simply join me in the below vlog!
But in the meantime, here are just a few of my favorites, including prices…
